Lists e-wallets in descending order of creation time. Use iso_currency_code to filter wallets by currency and cursor to continue from a previous page. Use count to control the number of wallets returned; it defaults to 10 and can range from 1 to 20.

Error handling
If supplied, iso_currency_code must be exactly three characters and must be GBP or EUR. count must be between 1 and 20, and cursor must not exceed 1024 characters. count defaults to 10 when omitted.
