/wallet/createCreate an e-wallet
Creates an e-wallet in the requested currency. Supply iso_currency_code to select the wallet currency; the supported currencies are GBP and EUR. A successful response includes the new wallet and its request identifier.

`OAUTH_USER_REVOKED`: The user's OAuth connection to this institution is invalid because the user revoked their connection.

`causes` will be provided for the `error_type` `ASSET_REPORT_ERROR` or `CHECK_REPORT_ERROR`. `causes` will also not be populated inside an error nested within a `warning` object.

Error handling
iso_currency_code is required and must be exactly three characters. iso_currency_code must be one of: GBP or EUR.
